Your D365 May Update

We’re pleased to share an important update as we approach the launch of D365. With training now complete, our focus has shifted to final readiness as we prepare for go-live on June 1.

Here’s where we are today:

• Training Complete: D365 training has now been successfully completed across the organization. Thank you to everyone who participated and engaged in the sessions, your involvement is critical to a smooth transition. If you were unable to attend a session or would like to revisit key content, recordings and materials are available to support you.
• Self-Serve Resources Available: A range of self-serve resources are now available to help you prepare for go-live and support your day-to-day work in D365. All of these resources can be accessed through the D365 Learning Centre. We encourage you to revisit materials and continue building familiarity ahead of go-live. Included are resource on:
  
  • Training session recordings
  • User guides
  • Training decks
  • Microsoft Learn modules
• D365 Go-Live: D365 will officially go live on June 1. As of this date:
  
  • All new transactions and day-to-day activities will be completed in D365
  • AX2012 will no longer be used for active operations
• How to Prepare for Go-Live: To ensure you are ready for day one, we recommend:
  
  • Reviewing relevant user guides and training materials
  • Re-watching recordings for key processes
  • Confirming you know where to go for help

We are entering an exciting milestone for CEDA, and your preparation and engagement are key to a successful transition.
